Studio Policies

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a $50 fee. No-shows are charged 100% of the service value.

More than 10–15 minutes late may require rescheduling and could incur a cancellation fee.

We don’t offer refunds on completed services. If something isn’t right, reach out within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.

All tools are sterilized between clients. We use medical-grade adhesives and follow Massachusetts board safety standards.
